Thank you for your training interest with
Top Gun Kennel. We never imagined growing into the business we have
today when we were looking for that great hunting companion. Thirteen
years later, we feel we have learned a great deal about breeding,
training, testing, trialing along with the different needs our customers
have in all parts of the country. Titles are only important to us
if we can learn something from them. Having a great hunting/Family
companion, reading testimonies of successful hunts, training accomplishments
and the many wholesome Family experiences are our most rewarding
achievements. Our goal in this business is to make a positive contribution
to this breed, by teaching others to train and breed better German
Shorthairs, while making new Friends and many enjoyable memories.
We have found reward in sharing the knowledge
and experience we have with others to help others succeed in reaching
their training, hunting and personal goals and relationships.
We have learned that we are more effective in teaching others
in both upland and water fowl to become "Master" trainers then
to train "Master" dogs and return them back to their owners. We
support others wanting to start their own training and breeding
programs with sharing advice and using our experience to reach
their needs. First time dog owners are participating with the
top breeders and trainers across this country with success. And
most importantly people are becoming more confident in themselves,
finding that enjoyment they have been looking for.
We no longer take dogs into our kennel for
training! We have a built a trusting relationship with each member
of TEAM Sport Trainers and have confidence that each one of them
will succeed in training your dog and you to the highest needs!
You too will learn to trust them to care for your hunting companion
and work hard to meet your needs!
All of the TEAM Sport Trainers will give
you the same value for your money!
Training Fees
- Charges include $150 per week plus
all expenses including birds, shells, dog food, entry fees,
motel and handling fees and special events.
- Each dog will be closely evaluated
for the first two weeks before we can assure results. We do
return dogs for reasons that benefit best interest on the owner
and avoiding hopes for positive results.
- Minimum of 8 weeks of training is
required to except each individual trainee and stand behind
our training results. Depending on the training needs and the
ability to train this may take 8-16 weeks to reach.
- We will make the time to show and
teach each customer what we have accomplished to help each individual
learn how to take over as the trainer. Each trainer will follow
up with personal consulting by person, phone or e-mail to assure
in the success of each of customer.
